Wow, I'm concerned some of our fans are really out of touch...

with reality. I have seen Brad Stevens name tossed around. Someone on sixpack mentioned Buzz Williams at Marquette, Shaka Smart. It's not happening folks.

Just depends on the money and your situation.
Stevens loves Butler. We have twice the budget and could pay him a helluva lot more than he makes now. But I'm not sure that is what he is looking for- and he has Butler to where they are the best mid-major in the nation. I doubt he would consider it at all.
Shaka is a different story. He likes VCU, but I think he wants something else, something bigger. We may be that- we may not be- but we would be stupid and inept not to ask- and we arent stupid. Illinois is in play for Shaka too
The main point was that we probably contacted 5-6 guys the last few days- and got some really good feedback before we stepped out on this ledge. We wanted to know there was a net down there. This is not Oxford where we get rid of a coach and then hope we can find someone because of our "name"
