  • Who didn't see this coming? Now one thing i don't believe is the intent to distribute. I don't think he would be selling weed. I mean his uncle is brett favre. He has plenty of money. He probably had a pipe and maybe some hangman scales to make sure the dealers wasn't screwing him over.

    I think that almost anytime you get caught with drugs you get the intent to distribute charge. If its a minor amount your lawyer can get it dismissed. I may be wrong about that though.

    It's not about the money.... its the glorification of drugs and dealers in today society pretty backwards in my opinion same with pro athletes and celebrities

    I agree. Really no money in small time marijuana selling anyway. Not to mention, some kids do this to rebel against the rich parents and not have to depend on them.

    No most of the time its just possession unless you have more than one bag and or scales and its under an ounce. Been there done that when i was young and dumb. Its a felony if this is the case. Like i said he probably had a pipe and more than one bag or he had scales with him to get the intent to distribute

    I disagree. In my day of doin stupid stuff i used to sell around 4 pounds a week from vicksburg to greenville and paid 1200 to 1400 a pound and usually made 2000 to 2200 off of each pound so i would make anywhere from 600 to 1000 off of each pound. Pretty Damn good for a small time dealer. But i got married and quit all that crap. I never got busted but i stayed paranoid all the time and was always looking for the cops. I did this for 3 years straight and made alot of money. I miss the money but i don't miss being paranoid and nervous all the time. I thank mtv wife for gettin me outta that life. If it wasn't for her i would probably be in jail right now

    im not worried i dont do it anymore or associate with anyone that does. all i do is work and come home to my family. i wouldn even think about puttin my family through that stuff and i look back and can see how stupid i was and am grateful i made i through all of it without a court date or even a night in jail

    this^^^^^ that is why i started doin it. i was smoking anywhere from 100 to 200 dollars worth a week and was trying to keep from spending so much money. all my friends smoked so i started out just gettin a large quanity and selling it to my friends but then i realized i was makin so much money that i just did it alot. the way i did it was almost no way of gettin caught. i would never sell from my house. i never did any dealing after 9 at night and i would have everyone that wanted something and i would bag it up and deliver it and that was it. i never rode with it unless i was delivering it.i always drove the speed limit and never messed with people i didnt know.
