Times Picayune and Birmingham News cutting paper days to 3!!!!!

Mobile Register too!!! No more 7 day a week publications!!! I can't believe that you will no longer be able to get those 3 newspapers 7 days a week but only 3 days a week. Newhouse Publishing owns all 3 of those plus the paper in Huntsville which will also go to the 3 day format.
Newspapers are soon going to be gone forever. Sad, I love my coffee and newspaper every morning but soon we will have coffee and a I Pad.

I think technology is only half the problem with the newspaper decline. The other half is the constant liberal agenda they push on a center right populous.

this isnt surprising
most daily newspapers not named the new york times, etc are hurting like hell
when you get outside of major cities, half of the papers only have 2-3 writers now and just regurgitate AP articles
its truly crazy to continue to think you can profit with a daily paper given the internet and the decline in subscribers
ditto for the postal system - no reason to have it run every day
$50 bet with Rebels10 - Best of 3 Egg Bowls Results 2012 - 2013 - 2014 - **the $50 goes to others schools athletics dept**
