Rotating 2 in the opposite division from here on out...not because of fairness or "disproportion" but that I'd like more opportunity to visit Eastern division schools when we play them. That whole conquest of visiting all the SEC stadiums becomes just that more difficult rotating home/away among 7 cross division schools. Quite possibly could be 13-15 years to cycle around to a particular away venue. I don't really get the whole clinging to the cross division rivalry either. How are those games much more traditional than the ones you play in your own division every year. The SEC is changing, make some new traditions...we still have plenty.
All the argument is probably moot though. If we don't have 16 within the next year, it will definitely happen within the next 5.
