wow, so much going on in this thread:

A) Mullen wants a MOBILE QB- thats why we wanted Sandberg more than the others. That will always be his priority as long as he coaches here.
B) This kid literally blew up overnight- the staff will make adjustments. I highly doubt they will just sit around and wait for the MLB draft to see what happens.
C) Golden may be a walk-on- but he is a 3-star walk-on. We've had many QB's play for us rated lower than that. Hell, he's rated higher than Relf was out of HS
D) Yes- we do have bad luck with QB's- Cecil selling his son to Auburn and now this- but remember this- if it wasnt for Mullen, we wouldnt even get a return phone call from these types of QB's. We'd be back to recruiting Henig, and the like.
E) Anybody calling the last 2 years "suffering" at QB needs to check themselves- under Mullen, we have had the school's most accurate passer in history (Tyson Lee) and Mr Golden Egg (Chris Relf). 2010 was one of the best offenses in school history.
F) Just because UPig has a Tyler Wilson doesnt mean we are supposed to have one also.
