Russell vs Prescott for those at the scrimmage

I've seen a couple of people saying Tyler solidified his spot today during the scrimmage- but when I see the stats, Prescott's were slightly better. Did Dak go mostly against the 2nd team defense? Was he only leading the 2nd offense?
I'm just curious how Tyler is looking so much better with worse stats...thanks in advance

Prescott only went against the second team defense. Prescott started slow and really picked his numbers up on his final two drives and I think he was 7-of-7 for 80 yards on his last drive in the 2 minute drills. Tyler was better but Prescott executed better in the end.

To add Tyler is easily the starter right now and looks better just mainly due to experience. But I wouldnt say Tyler was any better than Dak today when you look at the overall scrimmage.

well no doubt there...Prescott has just got to keep getting reps...thanks for the explanation, I figured he had to be going vs the 2nd team or something like that
