Unfortunately it is not his choice. His dad is leading this and his dad has stated not once, not twice, but multiple times that Rodney is simply finishing the semester on a solid academic note.

i asked paul about this a couple of days ago, and he said it wasn't going to happen, unless something has changed since than...Hope he stays, he could be the man here, it's his team!

Despite all that has happened, I would be putting a full court press on Rodney Hood and Devonta Pollard.

I've read all of the pros and cons, but, personally, I would be doing all I could to get those two young men on my team if I were the head coach of Mississippi State University men's basketball. I know that I'm not the coach and that I probably wouldn't succeed, but that's what I would be doing at this point.

Plus Rodney has GOT to be thinking about the fact that once he leaves he will be sitting on a bench somewhere for a full season. If he thinks he could still enjoy his time here at MSU I would think that would weigh heavy.
