would be a great fit for the program now. One of the best recruiters in the country and has a good mind in the trenches. Comes from a good background and can definetely handles today's young athlete. And he's a Bulldog.

He'd make a great assistant, but I think we can do better in terms of hiring a head coach.
Also Oklahoma State where he is currently at finished LAST in the Big-12 this year.

Butch is a very nice guy but he basically recruits only at OSU. That was what he did at LSU too. I think we can set our goals higher

No, they finished seventh, but that is Ford's team.

What makes you think that if Butch was head coach things would have been better???

I like butch based on how performed when John Brady left at lsu. I thought he did well and the players played hard for him

Butch, Cunningham, Kirby, all good assistants. I want and expect Scott to go find the basketball version of Dan Mullen - someone with fire, intensity, passion, discipline, respected highly by his players, etc.
