This guy is an attention whore. These coaches are crazy to leverage their success on one player (ask Stansbury). Or let this guy decide who they sign. I could see one guy, but 4 and 5 guys to get 1 is crazy.

After reading and thinking about this situation, not sure how I feel about all this. On one hand, you cant let a recruit influence your recruiting strategy. Even though he is the top rated recruit in the nation, he still hasnt played a down of Div 1 football. On the other hand, if his "posse" is legit, then sign up. It almost sounds like a "lose, lose" for Dabo. Don't sign them and run the risk of losing the star recruit, or sign them up and it looks like a H.S. recruit is calling the recruiting shots. Sounds like a soap opera to me. The outcome will be interesting.

The beginning of the end of the Dabo era. I dont see how you can run a program like that and sustain success when you let kids be bigger than the program.

Nkemdische will wreck team chemistry wherever he goes because of his attitude. It's not necessary for him to have great success on the field for him to think that he is great, he already does, and he isn't afraid to scatter that attitude to all who will hear it. He stands the risk of being the most talented and least liked player in the locker room, with a devastating effect to the team.
