I always love these debates

Anarchy- Stansbury has averaged 21 wins- so we need to keep him. What are your thoughts on Andy Kennedy? He averages 20 wins per season at Mississippi- the only coach in their history to do so- should he be fired?

Pawwwwl- 6 in last 10 years? Why do those first 3 years not count? Or is it ok to say we have only made 2 trips in the last 6 years?

The fact is somewhere in the middle- Stansbury is solid- his overall win total is inflated some due to use constantly being in the bottom 1/3 of the SEC in strength of schedule. But he does seem to stay constant in the SEC and always stay in the middle of the pack or higher.

We have more wins during the Stansbury tenure than LSU- but they have 3 SEC titles and a Final Four
We have more wins than UPig in the Stansbury tenure- but they have more NCAA appearances

It all boils down to are you ok with status quo- because thats all its ever going to be under Stansbury- or do you think we can bring somebody in that can have less drama and better March results?

In addition to making the Final Four- Williams lost all 5 starters. Apparently his main assistant, who I am told "put together the Final Four team", didnt do a very good job of putting together a team for after the Final Four. But they struggled in 97 and in 98- but 99 was a team that was going to be good- especially if Williams had coached them.

A little reminder- Stansbury lost all 5 starters from 2005, and after that good 4 year run- missed the Tourney 2 years in a row also.

The Ole Miss folks always want us to make a fool of ourselves.
