Umm using this logic Bama hasn't faced a team near as balaced as MSU O is ranking wise mixing in a top 25 D.
See can go both ways.
You keep avoiding the point. MSU may very well have a better defense than Michigan. MSU may very well be better than Michigan.
But to my point that Alabama has faced a much better defense than the best MSU has faced (Auburn), I think I have a leg to stand on.
And you think MSU's schedule to date has anything that remotely reflects what they'll see from Bama Saturday? How many points did you score on us last year? 7? Now all of the sudden you've got our number?
This was just the respose I was looking for ...thanks.

Have you even watched MSU play this year? If so, you wouldnt question why most of our games haven't been huge blowouts.
"They call me crazy until they find out I'm right"
His am radio doesn't pick up State games.
Yes, I watched Auburn and UT. Have you watched Alabama this year? If you came away unimpressed by our 19 point victory over Ole Miss, have you considered the fact that they beat Auburn worse than you did?
Just like there's 2 O's in Goose...there is one "t" in bet.
Again, we're just flattered you guys are paying attention to little ol' Mississippi State...and a lot of attention apparently.
By the by, wasn't Croom .500 against Bama...again, first time Croom and .500+ records have been mentioned in the same sentence...oh and in reference to a later post. and program can be "domin(ant)"...and if they were they would "domin(ate)" their opponents...you guys are not doing a very good job of opposing the stereotype that most bammer fans aren't grads.

No, my TV picks up the 11:30 am game just fine. I've seen plenty MSU.
Since 91 when Jackie was hired and State started to care anything about football...in State's Bowl yrs all games were close and came down to the 4th qt besides one yr or either a State win.
I get it, I've been following Bama since the Bear Bryant days.
they have been one of my favorite teams since then, every year almost they have been
at or close to the top, except for a few.
State has not, if you had been a State fan for all these years would you have given up?
I believe you would, It's easy to ride the bandwagon on a consistant winning team, which
I believe most Bama fan are!
State Fans have got to be the most loyal fans in College Football!
But now that we have the Coach and are getting the players we have the right to be excited
about OUR Team! Are we where we want to be?, of course not, But we are gaining ground
on You and every other team in the SEC.
So be excited about your team, but don't take State for an automatic win,or you may be
disappointed! GO DAWGS!
Did you not see us basically run the ball the entire second half, play out second string and take knees at the end? That's why I asked do you see that game or UK. The team has been holding back a lot this year. Troy, we were very vanilla and it almost cost of us but if you are going by the box scores, you're in for a surprise Saturday. I know Vegas is
Does Bama cover? Yes or no? Care to make a friendly bet?
We sold out every game during the Shula years. Take from that what you will about our fanbase's loyalty.
I don't think Alabama covers. But that's not what this thread is about is it?
Yeah a team that felt like it had SOMETHING to play for at that ponit in the season, when they met MSU. As opposed to a team that has OBVIOUSLY given up at that point. Did you watch that game just curious? they didn't give a crap in the 4th qtr. I know that's their worst qtr all year but they GAVE UP. Actually they gave up after arky
But let's run with your point. So that means MSU should beat lsu by about 17pts and om will beat them buy about 19pts. You are not that bright if you think om is that close to them. MSU on the other hand that would be correct if at MSU this year. But since it's in baton rouge. MSU wins by onlt 10.

Also playing LITERALLY 60 players that game also had an affect on that score. MSU has played a LOT of young and or inexperienced guys this year.
I dont think comparative analysis really works in big margins. I was just putting that out there for thought. Since it's been mentioned multiple times in this thread that Alabama has obvious weaknesses since they "only" beat Ole Miss by 19.
It's been asked numerous times if we've seen MSU play as to suggest that we really don't know your team, but you guys admittedly are basing your opinion on Alabama off of one game against Ole Miss - our worst performance of the year.
It really is. Y'all took ra ra post and ran with it on your board like the entire fan base was guaranteeing victory. Also look at your fellow Bama posters on this thread guaranteeing blowouts. I'm saying emphatically it won't happen. If you say Bama wins by 14, no real argument for most but saying Michigan would beat us and we get beat handily is nonsense. Whoever thinks otherwise, place a friendly bet.
For you information Bama's Dynasty started way before the Shula years! Apparently
your not old enough to remember that.
That may be true of some not me. Bama has the best team MSU will face this year. There is NO doubt in my mind.
Back to your point about om. I think those that say that say so because SOME bama fans came on here acting like they have or will absolutely DESTROYED every team they have faced. OM is NOT a good team. they are playing harder and better than last year. Which isn't that hard. But they ARE NOT a good team imo. I think bama sleptwalked through that game honestly and it pissed me off. For what should be obvious reasons.
That's why i think some MSU fans posted that.
So let me get this right- State is enormously talented and motivated, but the reason they beat Alabama is because they suck? Help me translate that in to some form of coherent logic.
