Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Does anybody have suggestions for good places to eat in Nashville? Also, does anybody know anything about the alumni dinner Thursday night?
If you like sushi, go to Virago downtown. Best sushi ever and a great place. Make a reservation if possible. Very popular place. Also recommend the Stockyard. Call them if you are at a downtown hotel and they will send a van for you.
Hole in the wall: Baja Burrito. Google it for the address. Love it.
Thanks guys! I will check into those places!
Sambuca in the Gulch (12 South) for appetizers. They're 1/2 off at happy hour and good portions !
Bricks in Brentwood Kroger Shopping center if you're coming up 65 and halfway know that area. It's a local's place and really good food.
If you want a good value downtown go to Demos' on 3rd and Commerce. It's a family itallian/steakhouse type place.

Accidentally, down voted you. Sorry.
If you're gonna venture towards Vandy, I always go to Bound'ry for a nice dinner and Pie in the Sky for great pizza and wings.
Again, sorry about the downvote.

No problem Jeremy! One place that I have been to in Nashville is called San Antonio Taco Company (satco). It has some of the best tacos I've ever had. Thanks for all of the suggestions guys!
If you're up for sushi/Japanese, check out Suzy Wong's House of Yum. It's a couple of blocks down Church from the Hustler store.
Amerigo is the best italian i've ever eaten; it is incredible.
McDougals, in the Hillsboro village, is a GREAT chicken finger/wings place.
ruth's/chris - the large filet MR...(on west end)
Bricktops on west end is awesome and right across the street is Stoney river(excellent steaks). Also try the wings at broadway brewhouse(multiple locations) and south street in mid town.

There's a Hustler Store??? Nice...
It's OUR time and OUR State!
Prince's hot fried chicken. Get the extra hot. Ambience be damned, I like the feel of the place and mostly the chicken...and, oh yeah, it is hot.
