This team deserves to have a good crowd to play in front of. I didn't go to any last year because of the lack of hustle and passion. This year is totally different. Let's get some butts in seats.
We are too young and inexperienced to be intimidated.
Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your good is better and your better is best. -
And that's a good thing.
*Please remember that this time of the year there's a lot of misinfo(even from me) so please dont believe everything you read*-Yancy Porter
I agree. There are positives to our situation and that is the approached we have to take. I watched last night and was impressed with how much hustle and effort we played with. I can't remember the last time I saw so many players diving on the floor and making hustle player.
I think Hood would have enjoyed playing with this group. I don't think last years team could have been up by 30 on Florida Atlantic like we were last night.
Year 3 barring Ray keeps recruiting well we should have a good foundation to build on.
Last year's team only beat Florida Atlantic 75-68, and the year before they lost to them by 2. That tells you all that you need to know.
This team does not have the talent or the depth that it needs to compete, but you can't question their heart. Coach Ray promised that along with an uptempo style of play, and I can't remember one of our teams playing as fast as we did last night. There is a nice core of players here. This signing class along with the return of Jacoby Davis and Andre Applewhite will provide a nice rotation. This year will be difficult, but I won't be surprised if they win a couple that we don't expect. They definitely deserve our support because of the way they play.
that is literally a killer
