Transfers. This problem has progressed to the point of a disease in college basketball. A coach can't plan for a team's future or even plan for recruiting until he finds out after the season which players will declare themselves free agents. College, in general, has become less about education and more about egos and parties.

I just hope Ray keeps all his players ,and the new ones .I just want to see what he will do with a full group.
"Disease" is exactly the right way to describe it. I don't have the answer but I know that the current system is not working effectively. Fingers crossed that Coach Ray can keep his current group in tact for next season and keep the momentum going.
