Ray is doing the best he can with the hand he was delt. Too many ifs ands and buts for this season. Next year we'll have a healthy roster and win way more games. I believe Locke said Kenny Paul Geno was at the game last night, he could play some next year. With a full roster we are going to surprise some folks next year. I am sure hoping Coach Ray can reel in Malik Newman Booker etc.. And speaking of Kentucky, their class for next year is unreal. Our Freshmen will never be their freshmen. I got to go to the Final Four last year and Kentucky's starting 5 were all nba picks along with 2 others coming of the bench. I wish we had the freshmen they do. In no way can you ever compare our freshmen to Kentucky's. Ray isn't an AAU coach, Calipari is.
News Flash....Mike Krzyzewski could not do any more with this team. Coach Ray is being sent to war with a slingshot and a couple ginzu knives. The cupboard is bare. And I mean that with no disrespect to our players. The team is simply depleted.
Single dumbest comment I've read on here and like Hats said, that's saying alot.
It simply amazes me that someone could think last years debacle was/is better than direction Rick Ray has this program going. I'm not going to say anything else, but this thread was the first one I read this morning and it is encouraging to see the majority of you can see the overall improvement in our basketball program!

Well bless your broken heart, can't see how you made it through all those pickup basketball games that Stansbury organized. Now he is a better candidate for a aau coach than Rick Ray. Must have been a Stansbury supporter. I do somewhat agree about the offensive motion though, It seems they just start running motion without a real idea of who they are trying to get the ball to. I haven't watched much this year but never really saw any set plays at the beginning of a offensive possession. One reason for that could be WE DONT HAVE A POINT GUARD! Please be patient and realize that we can win in this league if we can get a full roster with a POINT GUARD!
