Anybody know how to get in touch with Wardlaw

  • He told me three weeks ago he would refund my lifetime subscription. I've received nothing and he won't reply to my messages now. I don't really like getting jacked around like that.

  • I emailed him 2 weeks ago. He emailed me back very quickly and told me he would take care of my refund that day. Yesterday, after no refund, no reply to my 3 additional emails, I posted on his message board that I was unhappy about him taking 2 weeks to give me the refund. Within 30 mins, he deleted the post and emailed me telling me my refund had been sent. I then got an email from paypal. After checking paypal, I got $150 of the $200. He posted a note that I would get the other $50 "soon". So that's where I'm at with him. You can try the email, but it may take a while. Good luck.

  • He sure seems to have alot of trouble with email accounts. I've never had to change accounts.

    I'll also say that I never had trouble with MW responding to my emails. From our first transaction to the last when I signed up for his new site, he's always responded to me promptly. I've incredulously watched people claim months of no response and not know what to think.

    But, I rarely seem to have the problems that others have. When people are claiming SPS is running slow or Yuku is fouling up ... no problems on my end. Complaints about AT&T in the stadium, I've made calls with no problems. I don't know what it is, but for some reason I don't encounter a lot of problems that other people do.

    I bought the lifetime membership when he said the merger was going to happen. It didn't happen. I think I deserve a refund.

  • Not sure how long you used the site but I had sent him $200 for a lifetime membership a couple of weeks prior to the merger fiasco. I was not paying $200 for that mess.

    No, it's not. I just rarely have problems with customer service issues. Believe it or not. It's the strangest thing to me too.

  • this is what I dont get. You guys think you deserve a refund even though he is gonna honor what he said he was gonna do. Damn I hope bryan doesnt ever have a bad batch of hotdogs, or some on this board will miss most of an MSU home game complaining at the concession stand

    I had problems getting a reply back email when I originally signed up for BDJ years ago. Took me a while to get my promo offer stuff but I eventually got it. My friend (who I referred to BDJ and is now on this site also) had tons of problems getting BDJ access after he paid as well.

    As far as JimJackandJose goes... it is still in use on a few other outdoor boards, but since I dont drink liquor anymore and associate myself with christianity, I decided it was time to let the name go ..that and cut back on the language. Paul probably appreciates that lol.
    The three wisemen live on though.
