After taking a few unofficial visits to Mississippi State this year, Gadsen City (Ala.) High School's B.J. Hammond took another Thursday. But today's visit had more meaning.

I love his confidence. He considers himself the top guy on our board, but also sounds like he isn't scared of hard work. We need a receiver who has that kind of supreme confidence, almost arrogance.

This is another stitch in assembling a class that will help win more than we've hoped for, and do it in a very few more years. This will help recruiting at several positions, including WR, because of the increasing respect for the program. Once again, we have gotten a commit who has a winning attitude and is expecting to work to make it all be successful.
